Reliability you can plan around
Boring, in the best way. Systems that stay up, backups that restore, and surprises kept to a minimum.
The practice
Triangulum Solutions exists for the owner who's tired of being passed between vendors — and just wants technology that works and someone who owns it.
Meet Heather Ray
After years inside larger IT shops, Heather Ray founded Triangulum Solutions to bring that same rigor to businesses that don't have a CIO on staff — without the runaround.
The name says it: three fixed points — reliability, security, and clarity — that keep everything else aligned. You work directly with the person responsible for the outcome, from the first call onward.
We stay small on purpose. Fewer clients, deeper relationships, and the kind of context that only comes from knowing a business well.
What guides the work
Boring, in the best way. Systems that stay up, backups that restore, and surprises kept to a minimum.
Every change is made with the threat model in mind, so protection is the default rather than a separate project.
You'll always understand what we're doing and why — in language that makes sense to the whole leadership team.
Good to know
On-site work centers on the Greater Houston area, but a large share of what we do is remote — so distributed and out-of-state teams are very welcome too.
If you have a handful of employees and the IT has started to feel like a second job, you're a good fit. We routinely support teams from five seats upward.
No. Managed plans are month-to-month. We'd rather earn the relationship than trap it — and you keep all documentation either way.
Great — we'll assess what's working, keep it, and fill the gaps. Plenty of clients start with us alongside an internal admin or another vendor.
A short call is the fastest way to see whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no script.
